1. Program Overview
The TraderArena Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new users to our trading platform. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 General Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid TraderArena account in good standing
- Must complete the affiliate application process
- Must be approved by TraderArena administration
2.2 Prohibited Participants
- Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of TraderArena
- Residents of jurisdictions where affiliate marketing is prohibited
- Individuals with a history of fraudulent activity
- Anyone previously banned from TraderArena services
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Commission Rate
- 10% commission on all deposits made by successfully referred users
- Commission is calculated on the net deposit amount (after any fees)
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD equivalent
3.2 Payment Schedule
- Commissions are paid monthly
- Payments processed between the 1st and 15th of each month
- Payments made in USDC to your designated wallet
- TraderArena reserves the right to withhold payments pending verification
4. TraderArena Rights & Modifications
Important: Program Control
TraderArena reserves the right to:
- Terminate the entire affiliate program at any time with 30 days notice
- Suspend or terminate individual affiliates immediately for violations
- Modify commission rates with 30 days written notice
- Change program terms and conditions at any time
- Withhold or reverse commissions for suspicious activity
5. Prohibited Activities & Violations
⚠️ Activities Resulting in Immediate Termination:
- Fraud or misrepresentation in any form
- Spam marketing including unsolicited emails or messages
- False advertising or misleading claims
- Incentivized referrals offering cash/gifts for signups
- Self-referrals or gaming the system
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Trademark infringement or unauthorized branding use
- Adult content association or inappropriate material
⚠️ Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
6. Referral Requirements
✅ Valid Referrals
- Users register via your unique link/code
- Complete account verification
- Make first deposit within 30 days
- First-time TraderArena users only
❌ Invalid Referrals
- Self-referrals or family members
- Previously registered users
- Fraudulently obtained referrals
- Users violating Terms of Service
7. Tax & Legal Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for all tax obligations in their jurisdiction. Commission payments are considered business income. TraderArena may issue tax forms as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
- No guarantee of commission earnings or referral success
- TraderArena not liable for technical issues affecting tracking
- Maximum liability limited to unpaid commissions owed
